Terra magica has over 200 m2 of space which is divided into the ground that is 132,50 m2 (+51,10 m2 covered terrace)and villa’s 1st floor is 70,20m2 (+83,20m2 terrace).  There are four bedrooms that are en suite.

 It features a spacious private terrace with a view of the sea, a private heated pool, garden and patio, air conditioning, winter heating, sauna and internet access.

Terra magica has stunning views of the Adriatic sea, Cres as well as Rabac. The villa is located in a small village and is 5 minutes’ drive to restaurants as well as 5 minutes from the sea.

In the garden, there is a swimming pool which is equipped with sun loungers, parasols, a barbecue area and an outdoor shower.
